2010 Carpe Diem
Dinner at Matt's Red Rooster! July 26, 2010 will be the Carpe Diem Dinner benefiting the Paul R. Nardoni Foundation. This is a five-course dinner that includes wine, a signature cocktail and gratuity for $125 per person. On Monday, July 26th, Matt’s Red Rooster Grill will open its doors to benefit the Paul R. Nardoni Foundation. The PRN Foundation’s mission statement is "To provide comfort and aid to cancer patients and their families". The foundation gives support to cancer patients and their families by providing them with creature comforts and beyond during their stays in hospitals. From comfortable sleeping chairs to DVD’s the foundation brings generosity and hope to families during very trying times. The PRN Foundation also contributes funds to the Hunterdon Hospice because of their extraordinary efforts to provide comfort to patients and their families during a very difficult time.
