Dinner at Matt's Red Rooster Celebrating the Foundation's 10th Year! October 3, 2011 will be the Carpe Diem Dinner benefiting the Paul R. Nardoni Foundation. 2011 celebrates 10 years that the Paul R. Nardoni Foundation has been helping cancer patients and their families. Come celebrate with us! This is a five-course dinner that includes wine, a signature cocktail and gratuity for $125 per person. Call Roseann Nardoni (908-295-5855) to make a reservation. Reservations can be made exactly as you would for a normal evening out. You can check for available seating times when you call. Seating is limited so please make your reservations as soon as possible! On Monday, October 3rd, Matt's Red Rooster Grill will open its doors to benefit the Paul R. Nardoni Foundation. The PRN Foundation’s mission statement is "To provide comfort and aid to cancer patients and their families". The foundation gives support to cancer patients and their families by providing them with creature comforts and beyond during their stays in hospitals. From comfortable sleeping chairs to DVD’s the foundation brings generosity and hope to families during very trying times. The PRN Foundation also contributes funds to the Hunterdon Hospice because of their extraordinary efforts to provide comfort to patients and their families during a very difficult time.
