Ellen Nardoni - Chairman
Ellen Nardoni is Paul's wife. She is the Customer Relations Manager for Flemington Car and Truck Country. Prior to joining Flemington Car and Truck Country, she was the Chief of Staff of the Department of Commerce and Economic Development for the State of New Jersey.
Ellen has served on the Board of the Hunterdon Chamber of Commerce and numerous other community and civic organizations.
Janice Miholics - President
Janice Miholics is employed by Merrill Lynch. In her current capacity as Vice-President of Global Employee Relations and Policy, she is involved in employee networks and community outreach, as well as policy development and administration. Throughout her tenure at Merrill Lynch, Janice has been an active participant in many charitable fundraising efforts and activities. She is a member of several different industry organizations, including the Society of Human Resources Professionals and the International Telework Advisory Council.
Francis X. Sztuk - Trustee
Francis X. Sztuk is the National SIU Director for Allmerica Financial, a multi-line insurer based in Worcester, Massachusetts. Frank also serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Stanton Ridge Golf Club.
He is a member of the ISO Insurance Fraud Managers Advisory Panel and a past Chair of that Committee; former Board Member of the New York Anti Car Theft and Fraud Association and a Director and Treasurer of the New England Anti-Fraud Association. Mr. Sztuk is currently Chairperson of the New York Alliance Against Insurance Fraud and serves on the Executive Committee of that organization. He serves on the Executive Governing Board of the Massachusetts Insurance Fraud Bureau; in that capacity, he holds positions on the budget and personnel committees. He is a member of several other industry anti-fraud organizations, and is a life member of the NJPBA Local#133, Morris Township.
Ren Nardoni - Treasurer
Ren Nardoni is Paul's father. Ren is currently the SVP - Business Development for Pilat NAI. In 1984, he founded NAI (Nardoni Associates, Inc.) the internationally known succession planning, performance management and 360 assessment software company, which was acquired in 1997 by London-based Pilat Technologies International.
Ren has served on the Board of Directors of the New York HRIMS. He has been Contributing Editor to Personnel Magazine and Computers in Personnel, in addition to serving as editor of the HRIMS Newsletter.
Roseann Nardoni - Trustee
Roseann Nardoni is Paul's mother. President of Rosebud Consulting, Inc. Roseann has been a consultant specializing in Financial Systems for over 10 years. She became President of the Paul R. Nardoni Foundation, Inc. on a full time basis in 2001.
Roseann has served on various boards and has been actively involved in community fund raising efforts.
Renee Nardoni Flores - Trustee
Renee is Paul's sister.
Ms. Flores was the National Training Manager for GuinnessUDV, the world's largest adult beverage manufacturer. Renee held positions in the Sales and Marketing division of the company and served as District Sales Manager prior to assuming her responsibilities as National Training Manager.
In addition, Ms. Flores was the State Director for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Alaska and was responsible for all fundraising efforts and the production of the local Jerry Lewis Telethon.
Kevin R. Fox, M.D. - Trustee
Kevin R. Fox, M.D. is associate professor of medicine and director of the Rowan Breast Center at the University of Pennsylvania Cancer Center in Philadelphia. He earned his medical degree from John Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore and completed his internship and residency in at John Hopkins Hospital. He also completed his fellowship in hematology/oncology at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Fox is certified by the American Board in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in medical oncology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
Dr. Fox has published more than 35 journal articles, 40 abstracts, and 20 book chapters on the treatment of breast and other cancers, and he has given numerous presentations on adjuvant therapy for breast cancer. In 1997, he won the Donald B. Martin Teaching Service Award from the Department of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania: in 2001, he received the Donna McCurdy House staff Teaching Award from the University of Pennsylvania and received the I.S. Ravdin Master Clinician Award for the Health System in 2002.
Paul R. Ryan - Trustee
Paul Ryan is Paul’s uncle. He is currently the General Manager of the Fantasy Casino in Palm Springs.
Previously he held the position of Executive Vice President of Hotel / Food & Beverage Operations for the Atlantic City Trump properties. Paul joined the Trump team in March 1997 serving as Vice President of Hotel Operations at the Marina.
Paul also served as Vice President of Hotel Operations for Merv Griffin’s Resorts Casino Hotel, a position he held from June, 1994 through March, 1997 and Director of Food & Beverage from 1987 through 1994.
Paul held as well the position of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for Trump Castle from 1985 through 1987. In addition, Paul was also on the pre-opening team of the Golden Nugget Casino Hotel and held the position of Manager of Food & Beverage from 1980 through 1985.
