CARPE DIEM DINNER - MATT"S RED ROOSTER, FLEMINGTIN, NJ - SAVE THE DATE (June 16, 2008) As Matt’s Red Rooster Grill
celebrated its third anniversary, the chef/owner made an extraordinary gesture
of kindness, commitment and a call to the community to support local services
that provide care and comfort to our families and our neighbors. Every
Monday during the month of June, Matt’s Red Rooster Grill will open its doors
for four special dinners that will support the Hunterdon Regional Cancer
Center and two significant programs in which they rely on to provide
special services to cancer patients and their families – The Wellness
Community and The Paul R. Nardoni Foundation. The third Monday in June will
benefit the Paul R. Nardoni Foundation.
The PRN Foundation’s mission statement is "To provide
comfort and aid to cancer patients and their families". The foundation gives support to cancer
patients and their families by providing them with creature comforts and beyond
during their stays in hospitals. From
comfortable sleeping chairs to DVD’s the foundation brings generosity and hope
to families during very trying times.
The PRN Foundation also contributes funds to the Hunterdon
Hospice, because of their extraordinary efforts to provide comfort to
patients and their families during a very difficult time.
June 16th will be the Carpe Diem Dinner benefiting the Paul R. Nardoni
Foundation. $100 per person will include
a five course dinner sampling of Chef Paul Nardoni selections and include wine
